Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the Sybex book by Chip Dawes and Biju Thomas helped me tremendously!
Although the exam questions were quite different from the tests on the cd, the level of complexity and detail were quite similar.
I studied and read for about a couple hours a day for a couple months straight with this book and the examcram (Robert Ault).
The exam was not a cake-walk but these books,in combination, helped plenty!
