Object variable or With block variable not set with wizards

Hi, Im getting the error "Object variable or With block variable not set" when every I open a database wiz like contact manager. Im using Access 2000. I tried fix and repair this didnt work. I also tried Uninstall and reinstall. This fixed it after 4 time. But now the problem is back. This happens happens when I try differnt wizards as well. As I said I tried to reinstall 4 times. I downloaded the sr-1 but this caused more problems. Removed it. Im just getting into learning more of Access. I love the program though Im still learning it. Any help would be great. As I need to do this for my studies lol

Not fun... Yes I have seen this before and solved it as you initially did with an uninstall/reinstall. Perhaps I could recommend pulling office entirely (make sure you have the old disc(s) if your 2000 is an upgrade). When office is out, do a clean up, scan disc and defrag. Sometime we just collect too much junk and things become too scattered for everything to work as per design. I habitually format my computers at least once a year. Instant speed increase and that wonderful spring cleaning feeling......! Gord
