any idea about why i get this error ?? am working on VB6 and Access ..

Read faq222-2244 carefully. Paragraph 8 leads you to Google for errors - you will find dozens of entries for this error, because it can come from many sources. Going through these with your code will probably solve it for you.

If not then Paragraphs 13 and 14 give guidance on what info you need to supply in your question if your basic research doesn't solve it for you.

Reading the whole faq will give you a feel for how the forum works best!
