O/B calls ringing at reception? MICS power failure

This one is very strange, have a MICS 5.0 customer who had power failure over weekend as someone ran into power line at 1:30am sunday. Came in this morning finding all outbound calls from other phones are ringing at receptionist phone only. I was there and verified this, rebooted system and all was working agin well on departure, then just received a call a few hours later reporting same condition. system was on backup, but off so long it depleted and then syetm was down about .5 hours after that before restarting. Any idea's? I am heading back over in about 1 hour.

1.time change ...screwed up service modes...2.t1 not recieving digits and ringing trunks...3.t1 recieving digits but trunks defaulted to operator for prime set...

these are all on outbound calls only. service modes are ok and we are receiving all digits and did's from outside system ringing at correct locations.
