When browsing 'my computer' I can see loads of usernames under the heading Name:

eg:
Admins documents
agingers (login name) documents
bparsons (login name) documents and so on.
The type is Network drive (H:) and the size is the same for all.
This is not a security risk as the folder only contain the currently logged in users files. I would prefer for users not to see these, is there a way to stop these folders showing?

this is an xp issue

you need to look at your local security policy and rights on pc

Terry we use Zenworks and the policies have not changed since we changed from 2000 clients to XP so yes I do know it's an XP thing but not sure how to change the polices to stop it happening
Thanks Cwissy

it's not coming from a policy - it's the way xp shall we say doesnt work

on a local pc - you need to look at the local rights - it is most likely around the rights governed by simple file sharing

Terry
I thought that the group policies in Zen actually controlled these settings, I have had a quick look and cannot see anything but will try again when more time.
Thanks for your help
