NVM password won't default

Trying to default syst mgr mb however it will not default..lightning storm last evening. Other issues...cannot remotely access subscriber mbxs-but can at their station..thinking corrupt software at this point. Anyone had this experience?

Never had this problem but first thing I would do is delete a subscriber m/b, then rebuild it and test that. If this doesn't work try rebooting, then I would worry about s/w.

You also might consider doing a reinstall thru the s/w, but this would wipe all the programming out. It would then be like installing a new v/m.

AA answering also quit. Wanted to try the reinstall however we can't get past the Syst Mgr password to do that. Think it's fried, it's toast, it's done!
