nvidia geforce 2 mx and windows me hibernation feature

I have a PIII 866 MHz that originally came with a nvidia m64 card and I upgraded it to a nvidia geforce 2 mx and the windows me hibernation feature disappeared. is there any way to get it back? you wouldn't think that a lesser card would support hibernation and a higher end card wouldn't!!!

NVIDIA also has a website, but provides no support as they only sell to OEM computer manufacturers or resellers. However, you can download drivers.
