Nupoint 4.0 Call Director Programming 2

I learned this product when it was still Centigram. Back in the day, when it was called Call Agent, you had the ability to define keys to reference other CallBoxes. For testing purposes, I want to do this again but I don't think it's possible any longer.

Thoughts / Suggestions?

mate, can you give me a bit more on what you're trying to achieve?

define keys? you mean like a menu node to say press 1 for fred 2 for james etc? within a users mailbox?
 
MitelMatt. Nupoint not Embedded.

Nupoint has CallDirector which is Embedded Menu node on Steroids.

There does not appear to be an option to direct a call to an alternate Call Director MB from a menu choice. There used to be when the product was Call Agent.

Hi KwbMitel,

In your Call director actions select voicemail and then enable 'try call flow first' if the target voicemail has a call flow it will use this first.

And Mitel 100 answered first!! ::)) You can send to the call flow first of another user

Also, you can define which mailbow to hit by putting in the mailbox number in the Voicemail Action. So in your case you can have a call come in, hit a menu node and say for fred mailbox press 1, then under 1 create a voicemail action and put in the target voicemail
 
MitelMatt - Thanks for pointing out my mistake with the star. You're welcome anyway. You deserved one for the Call rerouting you responded on a couple of weeks back but it wasn't for me to give it to you. It all evens out in the end.

No probs!!! I like the call director on nupoint, can do some pretty cool routing
 
Sorry to open this one up again....Im trying to setup call director for the 1st time on a mailbox as i dont want to use line groups. Ive set up the call flow template and assigned it to a mailbox. Im a bit stuck on what to do now to implement it?
