Good afternoon Everyone,

I'm having a problem with all my Avaya telephones.
We are having 1 number that we cannot call.
When we are trying to call that number, i'm getting the message that the number i have dialed is not regognized.
every other outgoing number is working fine.

and when i call the number with for example my mobile phone, then it is working fine

can someone please help me

You'll need a Sys mon trace with the filters applicable to the type of lines you're using. This is normally a line issue which would need to be raised with the provider.

If you can upload an example call we can tell you whats happening and why,

I'm sorry i'm not having much experience with Avaya

That may be a bit too advanced for you then.

Are you able to access System Status? Do you know what type of lines you have? Have you raised this to your line provider?

I have contacted the company that does the managing of our Avaya PBX and the provider.
Both are saying that there are no problems at our side,
but it is strange that i can call every other number and not this one number
