Number of times the phone rings 1

I need to figure out how to change the number of times the phone rings at an extension before their voicemail answers. I can only find how to change the number of rings before an automated attendant answers. Please help me, I have been reading these books for weeks now and I can't find the information I'm looking for. Thanks.

I believe this has to be controlled on an extension-by-extension basis.

Go into system programming:
Terminal&Sets
Capabilities
Fwd no answer
Fwd to: <voicemail extension>
Forward delay: (This is what you want to change)
