Hey everyone,

I was needing to know how on a table, I could get the numbers to appear with a zero like 01 for January, 02 for February, 03 for March and so on. I tried changing the format to Number and 2 decimal places, but that didn't work. I was also needing to see if I could change the direction of a drop down list, so it would shoot up because it is at the bottom of the screen and I have to scroll down to see it (very minor, but the people using it, want this). Finally, how do I choose how many options I want to show in a drop down list...right now it shows only 8, but I want it to show all 13 options. THanks and I know you love getting so many questions at one time---you got my vote if you can do all of them. Thanks again, JSF

for the 01, 02 you can use Format([FieldName],"00"), however if you are doing this because you want it to sort correctly, look into using the Val() function to return the Value of the string.

for the direction of the drop down box, it should change automatically if there isn't enough room to display it downward. Perhaps the lenght of the form is too long.

for the number of lines in the dropdown box, look at the List Rows property under the Format tab for the box.
