Not sure really if my subject description is accurate or note.
Basically we have an IPO 406 running V3.1 software.
We have Avaya 2402 handsets which seem to be working fine.
The only problem we have is you have to be lightning fast to dial a phone number, if your not quick enough it seems that the handset times out and terminates the call.
When i say Lightning fast it's around 1 - 2 seconds between each number pressed.
I think it may be a system setting rather than a handset, but if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.
