Hello,

I have a central IP 500 and I'm using the voip provider poivy, but when I make a link appears always in private. What can I make a connection when I tell you what number to the destination. I tried using the "S" and "SS" and got no results.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you for your attention.

Best Regards,
Rui Serra

S" and "SS" applies only on ISDN and H.323 trunks not on SIP trunks.
For SIP trunks you must enter a valid value in the SIP Trunk URI page, there you have contact information to use or in the user settings SIP page.

What version does your IP500 has?
You could enter a * as a wilcard in the SIP URI then you can fill in the SIP tab for every user but you need to be on release 5.x.x to do so.

So add a new SIP URI;

Local URI > * (instead of Use Authentication Name)
Contact > * (instead of Use Authentication Name)
Displayname > * (instead of Use Authentication Name)

If you not on 5.x.x then add a new SIP URI;

Local URI > Use User Data
Contact > Use User Data
Displayname > Use User Data

But you also need to add all the DDI's that match then ones that the provider gave you.

Now for every user go to the SIP tab and enter a valid DDI number you want to send.

The ICR will still be used for the Incomming numbers.

From the docs:

• For IP Office Release 5, if the wildcard * is used in the SIP trunk's Local URI, Contact and Display fields, that SIP trunk will accept any incoming SIP call. The incoming call routing is still performed by the IP Office incoming call routes based on matching the values received with the call or the URI's incoming group setting. Outgoing calls using the trunk will need to use another URI set against the trunk.

rmser, your voip provider gave you a SIP number.
Enter that number in the SIP URI for all three fields (Local URI, Contact & Displayname).
This way you will be able to make the calls with your number!

Hello, I have managed to solve my problem. Already appears in the caller ID that I want for SIP. I have a question. It is possible through the GSM interfaces that I have connected the central filter through a CALLERID?

Best Regards

No that's not possible, you're not allowed to sent CID over a mobile provider. I know in EU you can't but what's you local?
