Hey Guys,
I am looking for the ntp's that can help me with the linking of an MICS and an option 11C together. Does anyone have the numbers I can check for somewhere? It would be a great help.

Look in the Networking guides they are the ones for tying 2 systems or more together.

how are you going to attemp the link.. qsig and cdp? that is the best choice if you have the software on both ends.. that combination makes the two sites appear as one switch to the end user.. if you have a copy of the merls, there is a standalone manual on networking..

I have been looking through the merls, and I must be blind, because I can't find the network guide. I have seen it before though--any pointers as to where it's at?

Thanks,

yeah I can't seem to find any networking guides. A number could be useful. We don't really know how we're going link them up yet. Any tips would be useful as well John. THANKS

john the MICS will not do QSIG that i know of, it will however with keycodes do SL1.

if your rls 3 or above you have qsig, prior to that you needed to buy the packages.. if the mics does not qsig, then it's a mute point. you just need to find out from the provider what emulation the mics does.. switch providers do interface to each other (some) then to the major carrier switches, anyone else that wants to get in the game has to provide an interface that emulates a known type.. ni2 dms etc or qsig which is almost a common lang.. between sl1 and mitel or mitel and avaya or rolm to sl1, qsig would be the only commmon emulation package
