NTFS permission problem

hi,

Does anyone know how to do the following...
Read, write and delete files but NOT create or delete folder.

Lets say I have 2 layer. Folder A and Folder B inside folder A. Users can read, write and delete FILES in folder A but not permission of create/delete folder. Same apply to Folder B too.

go to security tab on folder, advanced, then premissions tab, edit the permission on the folder. Go to properties/view (not sure which on it is right now, something of that nature) then at the top of the list you should see a drop down menu that let's you select permissons only applied to files/ or applied to subfolders only/ or applied to parent folder, etc.,
