Looks to me that this is just a new company trying to enter the NEC dealer market. That said they would have to get their NEC support from Optus. They may be composed of former NTAC staff, unless they actually name, names I would be cautious about believing that one.

NTACT is still in the same building, Forerunner took over the lease, I have in the past 3 weeks spoken with 3 different individuals who were with NEC and have moved over.
Forerunner and Optus, for some people who don't know are now running NEC America. (Canada, N. America and S. America)
All NEC inventory from the Texas warehouse has been moved to Optus in Arkansas.
