NT5D16 to Cisco Pinout

Does anyone know the pin out for a DB15 to RJ45 adapter?

I could not find what that part is but I am guessing it is the DB15 connecter for a T1 -

RL45 DB15
1 blue 1
2 or 9
4 grn 3

and your right.. on the rj45, 1,2 4,5 and the db 15 is 1,3 9,11,, the pinout is right BUT you may need to turn over one end.. if you look at the top end of the db15, 1 and 9 are on top and the rec pair..
