NT4.0 as a lil' print server

Ok,

we have a native W2k network. I'm supposed to add a network printer, and I thought I'd use an old NT4.0 wks box as the server. How can make it so that all users from our network can use this printer? Logon batch files? Or can NT4 workstation serve IP printing?

 
Just a warning, a lot of people have been having problems printing to NT. I was trying to share a printer from an NT4.0 workstation so a 2000 user could print to it. The 2000 user started receiving memory errors whenever the printer was set as the default or they tried to print to it. Here's a link listing many of the problems:
