NT to W2K3 Migration

Trying to migrate a user from NT to W2K3 using ADMTV3. I have been seeing the error "Cannot verify audit or TcpipClientSupport. Sid history will not be migrated. Domain does not exist". Something happened to generate this error because it DID work at one point. In fact, I migrated most users about two months ago. I need to go through the steps again but now the SID history migration is failing. Nothing has changed in respect to the registry setting, the permissions, the domain controller policies, etc. DNS APPEARS to be OK. I dont know what to look for. If anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know!! Thanks so much.

is the win2k3 acount you are using a member of the local administrator group on the NT domain !!

The trusts are still in place although I have half a notion to re-create these, just haven't done it yet.
I have verified the permissions of the account in W2K3 and those are still in tact as well.
