I've seen all the threads on login scripts, but they are all dependent on the subpages using Cold Fusion. For one of my client sites, they want to add NT security to a subdirectory/section to prevent access to unauthorized users. The files in this subdir are basically all HTML, not CF. Can I capture a user name and password in CF and pass that on to NT?

Hey
I was reading about this yesterday, I'm believe i'm trying to do kind of the same thing...
I think your question is a little backwards(but i dont know for im a newbie :) If you want to incorperate NT user properties you make coldfusion talk directly to NT.
If you go into your Administrative page(Assuming your the Admin), then to advanced security, then make a user directory and specify the namespace as NT. Then you have to do a bunch of junk with the Security Context to allow access to certian things.
I'm trying to do the same thing with a database.

Like I said Im a newbie so if anyone else can help us along it would be nice
