nt file permission problem! Verry Urgent!

Hello all,

i want to backup a file using ntbackup command line utility
when i give the following command to abckup a file on the tape i get the foll error message. (The file is full controll all etc i mean i have given all possible permissions to the file and it sparent directory)

my commandline

ntbackup backup h:\controlfile\copyctl1orcl.ora

error is:

Backup started on 10/16/01 at 12:26:06 AM.
Directory H:Directory H:\controlfile
You do not have permission to access portions of
controlfile\copyctl1orcl.ora.
Please see the owner or administrator to get permission.

I am the Admin of the system also.
Its very urgent.
Please help.

NO HEX i have checked all that
its not in use
also whenever i create a new file it gives the same error when i try to back up with
ntbackup backup PATH

when i do it thru gui its no problem

ALso U know i was able to back up the same file
when i put that file in some other folder

Both the folders have exactly the same permissions
i ahve taken the ownersip tooo

but i can backup one on tape while not the other

Its a mystery

some body suggest me a good and advanced resourse for NT file security and permissions
