NT Backup Problem

Hi,

I am using a HP C1533A Backup device on a Windows 2000 DC with DNS,DHCP e.t.c. on it, when i run the backup it does the backup but fails on the verify reporting the following message:

Error: 4mm DDS does not contain archive media.

Does anybody know how to resolve this, i am a member of the Backup Operators, the backup works if i do it manually for myself using the GUI, but i need it to be scheduled. This happens if i run it from a command prompt batch file which i works fine on three other servers.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Your problem sounds the same as rhyno2k is having, check out the NTBackup Scheduled Jobs never run' thread. The answer lies in the removable media pools!

I have the same problem, but the answer wasn't in the suggested thread.

The error is also only ocurring when backing up the System State, it doesn't happen when backing up c: or d:
