NT 4.0 Server - New Programs Wont Run

Hello All,

I have searched around for awhile and can't seem to find a fix for this jam.

I have an NT4 Server SP6 running and awhile back it stopped letting me access any new programs that were not already on the machine.

For example I downloaded an upgrade or another program and even tested a file across a network share. When I run it, the cursor turns to a hour glass for 1sec and program fails to execute.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can initiate a remote session if needed.

Have you tried checking the permissions on the folders that the programs reside? Try taking over authority of the programs / folders / files, it may have changed some permissions. -= Beer is food! Is it suppertime? =-

still not working

I am really thinking about formatting, but I need to make a backup webserver on another computer before I do so.
