NSR error

We are receiving the following error message after the running the command "save -f /tmp/all.fs.excl.966949203 -q -l full -s cdun1290 -i /
" - none of the system log files indicate the /tmp filesystem was full at any point. Any ideas ? We are running NSR v5.5.1 on Tru64 Unix v4.0D.

ch file or directory
