Hi all

I get on a DC the message below....

"The event 3034 error message with the specific status code of 80090322 (SEC_E_WRONG_PRINCIPAL) indicates that the client tried to connect to the server with a computer name that is different from the actual computer name of the server.""

....and Microsoft says I should use "nslookup".

Could someone say how I can find out the computer using "nslookup" ?
I've no idea.

Thanks

From a command prompt type:

nslookup

The server name should be returned

Note: Reverse lookup table in DNS must be configured for nslookup to return the server name

Hi,

I think it's not clear what I mean ( sorry for that).
My question was how to find out the "...client that tried to connect to the server with a computer name that is different from the actual computer name of the server....""
Or it could be that I do not understand the sentence.
Should I find the client name or the server name that the client uses to connect to the server ?

Thanks a lot
