Hi my ns500 couldnt start show orange and then red led how can flash that? I hearit acn be with 4 file and sdram in main

Have you completed the initialization procedure?

Also note: when a DSP card is installed and DHCP server is not connected, the DSP can't obtain an IP-address, ans STATUS indicator turns red (see Installation Manual, paragraph "4.13 Starting the PBX").

yes compelete initial setup and there no any dsp card just use default co&ext...

Well, describe to us (step by step) what are you doing and what happens after that.

this is not keeping orange just about 2 seconds orange and red led is on... flash red led every 2 seconds link not coming up system dosnt start.
