If you can access the memory card where data is/was stored you could retrieve the password, otherwise reset and reprogram.

You can’t get the card on the NS system
You can request a reset password from Panasonic through a dealer or if you default the system the license will remain on the system

I probably didn't put my statement correctly. Just like KX-NS500, if you have access to the Backup config saved on some storage device , you can open it and read the paasword. However some versions may still require you to have the password to open the backup file.
