I don't think there's one that detailed (I could be wrong)
The only thing I've found tells you times and dates of logins/logouts of various users of the console, but not if changes are made.
Maintenance > Utility > Log > Web-MC Event Log
EDIT: I've queried this with our Panasonic suppliers and they've said the above is all there is, no detailed logs.. think that's it!
