I have proper map files. Cannot open. Adobe says they are not a supported file or they have been damaged. Example, sent as email attachment and not correctly decoded. Can anyone help?

Not sure what your asking for or what Adobe has to do with NRU.
You can download 10.0 from Avaya site or purchase 11.0.
There is no upgrade from 10 to 11.

You don't open them. Just install them into the "map" folder within NRU,
