Novell to 2003

I am migrating from novell to server 2003. my question is, when I setup the AD, do I have to install DNS as well? I will have an IIS server top host intranet pages as well.

any advice would be appreciated

Yes AD uses DNS for all sorts of stuff.

I just want to make sure that it doen't mess with our systems at corporate thats all.

In fact, AD won't install if you do not use DNS. You CAN however use any DNS server as long as it supports SRV records (forgot the BIND version level but I think it's 8)
