Hello, I have a Novell server running a login script that installs a prog and then runs it. When I login via win98 the script runs fine / installs etc. However on a windows 2000 pro box the script runs but I get an error saying something like this:
could not store computer name in license file Install aborted check user write permissions on \\novell_server\logs
I have checked user permisions on the novell box and they have full. I have since gone into windows 2000 local policy editor and allowed everyone to logon as batch/ service and everything else you could think of (I can tighten down once this app is installed) THis is a win NT 4 domain and there are no real group pol's implimented etc. Any ideas would be helpful
thanks
