I recently rebuild a netware 5.2 server in order to get rid of high Utilization issues. Today, the issue came back for the first tiem in weeks. One thing I noticed in the Kernal thread is serval threads were called Server XX and were using 2 gigs. Also at the time the console was getting the error Station 94 (task11) has timed out on it's Op-lock (type = 2)

Any help on this would be great.

Sometimes a client will flood the server with requests and it is as simple as shutting that PC down and clearing that connection. Other times it is a runaway process which only rebooting will resolve. Try to find out what that PC was trying to do.

Refer to TID10076208 relating to the NLSNLRUP.NLM. It was released with NW5.1 sp5 and was the cause of high utilization pre-NW6. IT should not be loaded with NW5.1.

Can you clarify your version of NetWare (no such version as 5.2) and Service Pack level also please?

As it says in the TID, it is a tool to audit changes in NDS. But since it is only needed by consultants brought in you can delete or disable it.
