Novell Desktop Management doesn't run properly

We found that the Novell Desktop Management does not run properly, check the services list, it is already started, but the icon is not in the system tray.

we have Netware 5.1 and Zenwork for Desktop 3.2, so when user login the network, Novell Desktop Management will create local account on the fly, and whenever user logoff, this local account will be deleted. but because the Novell Desktop Management does not run properly, System keep creating the profile in the local system when user logon.

Any idea, so I can solve this problem make the Novell Desktop Management works properly.

so you have a dlu - with the volatile user box tick - yes/no

is the policy associated to the parent container or how is it associated
is the policy working ok

remember that although the user will be deleted - ie removed from local pc's sam's - it will not delete the profile as that is in the ms realm - it should create a profile on local system though as that is how ms works
- it's not a novell/zen issue - its sloppy ms programming
