Has anyone come across this before? I have a couple of analog extensions on an IP Office that show NoUser even though I have a User created for that particular Base Extension. When I call the analog extension from one of my IP phones, it shows the name of the User I created on the display of the IP phone; but it does not actually ring the analog phone. However, when I call from the analog station port to another phone, it shows NoUser.
I've blown the user away and recreated it, but it does the same thing. I called support and they had me do *35*251# to log into the extension. That didn't work (I didn't think it would, but we were grasping at straws). I've been told by another co-worker that this happens when the initial User that was automatically built and tied to the Base Extension, is deleted. Then when it gets re-created it goes stupid and cannot associate back to the Base Extension. His fix involves yanking cards, rebooting, etc. I'm hopeful there is a better solution. Any thoughts?
