The IP address 127.0.0.1 is always localhost, or the exact computer that the request is coming from. The IP address 192.168.1.246 is a non-routable, reserved IP address that cannot be reached from outside of your own LAN.

i have had it working it just stoped all of a sudden. now i have to use this ip to access the controle pannel localhost does not work as soon as i config. would you like to see my config file it might be easyer to help me then ?? ;-)

You only need to register a domain name if you want others to be able to reach your webserver using a name instead of an IP address.
Could you please explain what you keep referring to as "controle pannel"? I am not familiar with a control panel in Apache.

I'm not familiar with ApacheTriadCP, however unless it is a wide variation on Apache, the documentation at would be a good place to start. If ApacheTriadCP comes with documentation specific to this release, you might want to look there instead.
