Hi,
I have norstar Modular ICS 4.0 with Call pilot 5 voice mail system. I have a group number with autoattendet capability. When the external call comes in, It will get the auto attendet message, the caller will pick an extention and dial it. If the extention does not answer, will forward the call to voicemail. I want to change the setting to go to cell number, which is 10 digit number, instead of the voicemail . Is the option possible with version 4.0. If yes, what is the procedure. thanks
