We have an AD 2003 environment here and are in the process of migrating our desktops from 98 to XP. To do it, we reset the user's passwords and migrate the data from the old PC to the new PC with thier profile already set up which requires us to change thier password and log in as them.

I have an account that I can't reset the password on, though. I have full domain admin rights and have never seen this one before. The error message is:

Windows cannot complete the password change for user xxx because:
The specified procedure cannot be found.

The MS knowledgebase has been of no help. Has anyone else seen this one?
