to delete computer names in a new OU called Computers. It's not the main Computers on top. Went through the Delegate Control wizard and wasn't sure what to click on to give the user access just to delete computer names. The user can already join computers to the domain which I'll move from the main computers on top to the newly created OU computers. Any help would be appreciated hope this makes sense if not let me know.

Not sure how to do this but want to delegate control for a user..

You need to choose the Advanced or Custom option to get to the granular delegation options. Been a while since I did it so I don't recall the exact menu choice.
