not seeing all of the slots in the library

We have a Dell NAS 128t with 20 slots. 10 for each drive. When we check the slots in backup exec. we only see 19 slots. We have just started using this software and we are not as familiar with it as we would like to be at this point. Has anybody else encountered this?

check the SCSI termination. This usually causes the problem.

SCSI termination is fine. We found the answer from another dell user. The library has 20 slots, #1 is reserved for a mailslot to import and export media. By going into the administrative menu on the NAS unit itself, we were able to change the mailslot to a regular slot. We just had to reboot the machine after making the change and bent recognized the change.
