Hi,
We are writers of software and have retailers that sell it. Unfortunately the first sale through our NZ outlet resulted in a fiasco. The person who bought it is from the UK and was in NZ at the time of purchase, he has a uk email address. After purchasing our product, he sent us numerous emails which we never received. To cut a long story short, when we forwarded by email attachment an upgrade which he received okay, he probably used the "return" button and same thing happened, we never received his email. It was through our NZ outlet that we knew the extent of how many emails he had sent us. We've disappointed our NZ outlet, we've maddened the person who bought our program, and we're at our wits end. We're on aol. I couldn't get on their "live help" even though the Simpson's 300th episode was on and it was past 12 midnight on the East Coast. By the way we're sending a donation to tek-tips cause you guys have helped us out before. Thanks guys. Karen
