Not Receiving mail after Mailbox Move

I added a second Exchange 2003 Server within the same org and Administrative group. Pretty straight forward install. I created a temporary mailbox a week ago and was able to send and receive email with it. Today I used the exchange tasks and move mailbox to move it to the new Exchange 2003 server within the same administrative group. No errors reported or generated in the event logs. I log into the mailbox fine and it shows it is under the new server. The mailbox can send out messages just fine but the problem is it can't receive any messages at all.

If I move the mialbox back to the old exchange 2003 server then it gets all the messages that were sent. This is internal and external email that the mailbox does not receive.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas what so ever.

I just noticed that all my mail is trying to go out via SMTP to the moved mailbox. Also when I receive emails from that mailbox they are in SMTP format.
