Not Read messages

Hi,

I have few users that their mailboxes are fillup with Not Read notification like below:
Your message

To: other user
Cc: other user too
Subject: RE: Scanner
Sent: 11/20/2004 4:51 PM

was deleted without being read on 1/17/2005 1:59 PM

I'm guessing it happened when outlook archive his/her old emails. I try to simulate the problem by sending two emails with Request Read Receipt and told them not to read/open one of the emails and the next day I archive my Sent Items I don't get those messages.

Any idea?

Check that when sending they arent setting an expiry time for the email
