Not Getting Prompted To Save When Closing Forms- How To Correct This?

When closing Forms/Tables/Queries, the system does not prompt me to save. It automatically closes and saves.
How can I get it back to prompting me to save changes?

I believe it's an option. Tools-options-edit find-record changes.

I believe that is for record level confirmations. I need to receive the prompt when I close the form/query/report.
