not conncting to a 2000 machine but can on others

Added user to the network by using the copy feature on a 2000 server. When they try to log into one 2000 pro machine they cannot connect to server drives. If they log onto another machine they have no problems. 98 xp and 2000. When I add the without the copy feature they are able to connect to everything. This is a newer machine and it is only with new users. The older users have no problems

Any idea's
