Not All DID's outpulsing caller ID

I have a number of DID extensions in my company that are not outpulsing the proper ID-they are just sending out the number of one of our PRI's. Why would some DID numbers be sending caller ID correctly and others not? Is this a LEC issue or some sort of setting in the switch?

depending on what relase your running do:

Cha IDSN pub
or
Cha Pub

Your issue is that the extension range that is not sending CID is not configured on this page. If an extension does not meet on of the "masks" it shows up as the BTN on the ISDN PRI.

FYI... you can also use this screen to outpulse your bosses home number when you call him from your desk. This makes for hours of fun assuming no one should be at his house.
