Not able to export excel table into access table..

Why am I not able to export a table from excel in access. When right click on the database windows and then click on import I have all the other tyoes of formats in the combo box but I don't have excel worksheet is there any other way to do this..

May be it's simply a problem during the installation of Access. Look at the IMPORT pop-up window. Don't you have some advice upon file types (could depend on Access release and national versions).

The advice (A97, French version) is to run the Install, click on Add/Delete, Data Access, Change an option...
