Norton wont run

Hey all,

I have an infected PC with NAV 2005 installed. The virus seems to have disabled Norton, so that I can't perform a scan. Double-clicking the NAV icon causes nothing to happen.

The NAV CD can't disinfect NTFS partitions when the machine is booted from the CD. Also, I can't get the Symantec online scanner to work.

Any ideas?
