Nortel to Shoretel QSIG Problem 1

We just installed a Shoretel system to front end an Option 81C (Succession 5.0). Calls come into the Shoretel, go across a PRI with QSIG trunks to the Nortel, and to each Nortel station. The calls complete with no problem and when I monitor the D-Channel messages I see the inbound caller number but that information is not delivered to the set. Any suggestions? We need to get inbound caller-ID working. Thanks
Here is the programming for the PRI:

Are the sets programmed as CLASS phones or are they Digital phones?

Sets are programmed as regular digital M2616 and 3904 sets.

Im not sure then, if it is just going from Shoretel to the opt 81 and you are seeing the digits on the d-channel messages then it must be the digital sets themselves. You can try these cls to see if they work.

Thanks for the suggestions. I wish it was that simple. They had caller ID on their PRI's before they put in the new front end system. Must be something the way the PRIs are programmed that is not allowing the info to be extended to the sets. I'm going to set DNIS to NO and see if that makes a difference.

To pass caller ID names between ShoreTel and Nortel via a tie line, configuration must be done on both sides.

On the ShoreTel side, on the T1 Switch page, you much check the box for "Enable Outbound Calling Name." This will send caller name over a off system extension call.

For the Nortel Side, please see the following example.

I had two people email the same information this afternoon including in a ShoreTel PDF. Problem is, to enable ISGF on the Nortel side you need Option 305 - QSIG Generic Functional Protocol, and they don't have it! If this is the only way to do it then they are not going to be happy campers. I am going to try a few things tonight just in case but I have a feeling you are correct. I will let you know and thanks.
