Nortel Remote Agent Observe question

Has anyone used to Nortel Remote Agent Observe feature? I do not have CC7/SCCS but need to do basic remote observe?
System is CS1KM SG on Rls 4.5. Any pros or cons?

if you have ample bandwidth on the remotes, you will not have a problem

Thanks. The installation and setup of the card seemed straight forward. It should suffice for the managers that want to monitor from their home office.

I manage two sites , each with their own RAO cards . Both seem to work very well but occasionally each will need a "reboot" to resolve connectivity issues . I'm not sure the issues are with the card itself , possibly due to network irregularities at these sites .
