Nortel Option 11c /call piolet training

I've inherited nortell option 11c with callpiolet. I'm trying to get some training. probably start with basics.
we're paying consultants money to set it up but they not doing anything on time or any we ask of them. any help here is appreciated.

I'm familiar with some of the term with phone systems.
I need a begining training in setting up, admin, setting up mailboxes...etc.? which training do you folks suggest and where? I prefer a CBT or WEB based trainings.

Go to nortels web site. There they set up trainig courses all the time. But you have to be fast since the courses fill up quickly. They have courses all over the world.

quickest way to find training is to locate a local users group and see who is recogmended in your area. the best way to get what your paying for from consultants is to fire them and hire someone who will give you a time line and meet it. a lot of consultants are charging a lot of money to learn a product on your dime..
